You don’t need to know adjusting, we have people for that and we can teach you if that is your desire.  We want you to have compassion for those affected by a disaster, no matter how large or small. We want you to have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to hold our clients’ hands through a difficult period.

Available positions currently are for adjusters and solicitors. The difference simply being that a solicitor will gain new clients and manage the relationship, while the adjusters can do that as well as formulate and negotiate proper settlements.
